  1. i can't believe you made all this stuff, winnie. It's absolutely incredible!!!

Also, can you put up a recipe for croissants, and any tips you have? I'm DYING to make some fresh homemade croissants, but i fear for the outcome with my crappy little oven and what with not knowing how to make bread (especially with so many layers of dough!!!) ... at all!

I'd also be interested to know if you have ever made naan, and what your recipe was. I made some a couple of weekends ago (from an internet recipe) and i loved it but I am curious if it could have been even better... maybe some changes i need to make to my process! I dunno, but would love to hear what you know about the topic!

  2. will post croissants along with the tips next. it can be a bit tricky. i may have to draw up some diagrams. im not kidding about diagrams. but its so worth it when those croissants come out of the oven. oh man. im drooling thinking about those now.
as for naan, i have never made naan. if you loved the recipe you used, thats a good thing. ive found that the little tweaks you do from making a recipe over and over again tend to be the best tweaks because they suit your tastebuds and it doesnt get more personal than that! ill put naan on my list of things to try though and let you know how it works out for me :)

love and rockets. but im not liz. im winnie.
